Cordero Channel, DL1905
Situated on the British Columbia Mainland along the northern shores of Cordero Channel, this incredible 178-acre oceanfront property enjoys tremendous southern exposure & over 3700ft of breathtaking & diverse shoreline. The property offers a varied topography, most of which is fairly user friendly and is fully forested with a variety of age classes providing fantastic aesthetic appeal. There also appears to be a few reliable fresh water sources. Without question this property offers a variety of possibilities unlike many on the coast to develop a private or corporate wilderness retreat, resort or remote recreational residential development.
The property’s location is within what many consider to be the most spectacular region on the British Columbia Coast. Slightly west of Stuart Island and the entrance to Bute Inlet, some of the area has been developed with the most luxurious resorts and private, personal and corporate retreats unlike anywhere else. All this just around the corner but not necessarily in view. In view you are surrounded by pristine natural surroundings and are within minutes access to some of British Columbia’s largest and most magnificent inlets and waterways, teeming with all types of wildlife including grizzly and black bear, large mainland dear, whales and a variety of other marine mammals. World class salmon fishing and the ability to harvest crab and prawns is literally at your doorstep!
There are some older structures and improvements on the property of little value other than possible temporary accommodation and good material to recycle into other projects. This is truly one of the last properties of this magnitude that will ever be available within this region.
