Lot 2 and Lots 5-9 have steep bluff frontage and will derive more benefit from the common oceanfront access. Lots A and B have significant low-bank frontage with diverse rock outcrops and pocket tidal beaches. Lot C has drive-to access to a very appealing low-bank sand and gravel beach. Lot F has a small private bay and beautiful tidal beach. Lot G frontage incorporates a small peninsula which would be a fabulous low-bank building site. Lot 10 has a gradual to moderate slope towards the water with a creek crossing the south-east corner before reaching the ocean at a tidal beach area. Lot 11 is far more substantial in size and is bisected by the same creek that reaches Lot 10, a substantial fresh water course creating a beautiful ravine and a more moderate to gradual access down and through the property to the ocean where there is also a small tidal beach area.

These are water access properties, with limited forest service road access.

Travelling distance from Campbell River is approximately 56 km via the Elk Bay forest service road and approximately 25.5 km via the Browns Bay forest service road. Browns Bay is only 4 nautical miles by water from the property.
