Eagles Cove is located on the east coast of Vancouver Island along the shores of Discovery Passage just south of Elk Bay, overlooking Kanish Bay and the north end of Quadra. The city of Campbell River is 15 nautical miles south of the development. The location provides quick easy access to the Discovery Islands and mainland inlets which offer great fishing, exploring, boating and wildlife viewing opportunities. It is not uncommon to catch fish right out front of the development during the season. Whales, porpoises and other marine life frequent the area.

Eagles Cove is a recreational residential development, with a variety of oceanfront, ocean view and inland lots. Currently available are one remaining oceanfront lot and 18 upland lots with varying ocean views, ranging in size from .16 to .29 of an acre. There is easy access to the waterfront from all lots via a common roadway.

Amenities include domestic water and sewer systems. Along the foreshore is a loading dock and a boat ramp. At this time the dock will be used for temporary loading and offloading and short term tie-up. Owners will be encouraged to pull their boats from the water when not in use. The water, sewer and dock access and maintenance are part of the strata fees.

There are development guidelines in place in order to maintain the integrity of the land values and the developers’ vision; however these are not overly restrictive.

This is a very affordable opportunity for anyone that would like to get away to a rural coastal setting yet enjoy the benefits of some services and amenities.

Eagles Cove was established a number of years ago by the original developer. The development included existing properties, a small RV park and land for additional development. The property was recently acquired by new owners with a great vision for future development. There is a small complement of existing homes and cabins and the community is taking shape.

The development has been approved based on water access only. The forest service road Elk Bay Main does provide good road access, however it is understood that this is limited forest service road access as it may not be active or fully maintained at all times - access and maintenance depends on current forestry activities at any given time. Historically the road has never been inactive.

There is Forest Service road access from Highway 19 at the NW end of Roberts Lake. Eagles Cove is approximately 19 km from the junction. The network of Forest Service roads provides access to a number of lakes in the region.
