Kyuquot, Walters Cove Lots 2 & 3

Two lots on the shores of Walters Cove on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island. Kyuquot Sound is one of the most impressive regions on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, known for exceptional sport fishing and beautifully diverse rugged West Coast scenery. It is the ultimate playground for the fisherman, kayaker and outdoor enthusiast.

These adjacent lots, are located on Walters Island in Walters Cove and part of Kyuquot, a historic west coast Vancouver Island fishing community in the heart of some of the most amazing country, wildlife and fishing the west coast has to offer.

Walters Cove is a quaint West Coast community rich with history and character. There are a number of residences here, both seasonal and year-round, as well as some well-known fishing resorts. The boardwalk trail which runs along the community cuts through the front of all the oceanfront lots including these ones.

The two lots total 0.18 acres and offer approximately 115ft of oceanfront. They are fully treed above the walkway, a blank canvas ready for new ideas! This is a great opportunity to build in this beautiful west coast location. There is community water and power in the community, which would have to be qualified by a new owner.

It should be noted that a derelict building sits on the waterfront of this property and these lots are being sold “as is where is”.

Fishing and kayaking are the primary draws to Kyuquot Sound, which is located on the northern west coast of Vancouver Island, south of Brooks Peninsula and north of Nootka Island. The closest road access is at Fair Harbour, on the eastern shore of the Sound located about 10 miles from Walters Cove. Fair Harbour has camping and parking facilities, boat launch, fuel sales and a general store. The Sound is a remote wilderness area that offers magnificent scenery, challenging hiking trails and one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on the entire West Coast.
