A very rare opportunity to acquire one of the very few commercially zoned oceanfront properties on Quadra Island, the largest and most populated of the Discovery Islands. Historically known as the Quadra Resort, the property is currently not being operated as a resort, rather a private retreat. The property is located less than 5 minutes away from the regular scheduled ferry service in Quathiaski Cove. These private moorage facilities are situated within a foreshore lease and include a 280 foot standing pier with a 9 X 36 foot dock which connects to an additional 16 X 55 foot dock. The property is serviced with Hydro electricity and telephone. There is an onsite sewage treatment facility and domestic water is provided by 2 wells – one shallow well (16 ft) & 1 deep well (35 ft 6 in diameter). The sewage treatment system is designed for about 3000 gal per day.
