Chinootka Lodge is constructed on a 30.48 metre by 10.3 metre barge that is situated within a foreshore license of occupation in a protected picturesque location of Galiano Bay in Tlupana Inlet.

The lodge is a fairly substantial facility that includes 10 guest bedrooms that will accommodate 20 guests, plus staff accommodations. There is a full commercial kitchen and large dining room, complemented with all of the equipment, refrigeration and freezers.

There is a separate lounge area, as well as extensive outdoor patio decks and a significant dock system and breakwater.
