Mt. Washington is a popular west coast ski resort on Vancouver Island. The Village on Mt. There is ample storage adjacent to the unit for sports equipment, etc. Having this near the unit is a nice security bonus and makes access to supplies and equipment quick and easy. There is in-unit laundry.

The building is run by the shared ownership, with common costs for taxes and upkeep.

Parking is available in the permitted lots around the Village. There are a variety of amenities available in the Village and at the ski resort, including food and liquor store and restaurants.

Mt. Washington offers all the amenities of a world-class ski resort during the winter months, including an excellent tubing run. The resort also offers summer activities, with an ever-growing mountain bike park, zip lining, scenic chair lift rides, and more.

Access to the mountains of Strathcona Park is via the Nordic area into Pacific Meadows. In the winter there is snow shoeing and cross country skiing available, while in the summer there is both casual and overnight hiking opportunities among the numerous lakes and mountain tops.

Using Mt. Washington as a base, the greater region offers all the amenities and services, as well as adventure opportunities, that one expects from Vancouver Island. Fishing, boating and golfing are all available within 30 minutes of the mountain.

Highway 19 provides quick access from any of the urban centres on Vancouver Island.
